At Olympus Creekside Park in The Woodlands, TX, your furry friends are part of the family! Our pet-friendly community welcomes two pets per apartment with a refundable fee and monthly pet rent. Enjoy spacious living surrounded by lush greenery—where both you and your pets can thrive!

Our Pet Policy

  • Cats and Dogs Allowed
  • Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • Monthly Pet Rent - $30 per pet
  • Refundable Pet Fee - $300 (One-Time)
  • Weight Limit - 99 lbs per pet

Breed Restrictions* - Aggressive breeds are prohibited
